The Dental Office
| Dentist: Dr Cathy Johnson BSc, DDS
Graduated from Dalhousie University Dental
Program in Halifax 1991. Practised at the Fundy Dental Centre in Truro
for 4 years before moving to Oshawa, Ontario. Practised in various
offices in Ontario for 11 years. Very happy to be returning "home" and
joining the team at Dominion Family Dentistry.

| Dentist: Dr John Cook, BDS, DDS, LDS, RCS, Eng. Graduated at Guys Hospital Dental School, London, England. House Officer at the Oral and Maxillo-Facial Centre in East Grinstead, England. Senior House Officer in Prosthetics at the Institute of Dental Surgery, London, England. Graduated at Dalhousie Dental School, Halifax, Nova Scotia. Practised dentistry with the Public Health in Nova Scotia. Practising family dentistry in Truro and oral surgery at Colchester Hospital for 35 years. |
| Receptionist/Bookkeeper: Mrs. Heather Ward. Graduated from the School of Business in Halifax. Has been at the practice here for 23 years. Very personable and efficient. |
| Hygienist: Sue Tharmalingam. Sue was a certified dental assistant for 5 years before embarking on her training at the A-Plus Institute in Toronto to become a Dental Hygienist. All we hear from our patients who have been treated by her are two words: Gentle and Thorough. Sue is a great acquisition to our team and works well with everyone. |

Dental Assistant: Meghan Curley. Meghan trained at the Nova Scotia Community College in Halifax to receive her Registration as a Certified Dental Assistant in 2005. She has an outgoing personality, is not afraid of work, and is a very congenial member of our team. |
| Certified Dental
Assistant: Cynthia Brown. Cynthia joined the team on August 31st 2006. Cynthia graduated from Malaspina University College in Nanaimo, British Columbia in 1999 having obtained a BA at Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax in 1994. She was a Certified Dental Assistant in Campbell River, British Columbia for seven years before returning home with her family to Nova Scotia. She comes highly recommended by her former employers and we consider ourselves very fortunate to have her on board. |
